Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping is available for orders over $35 and includes tracking.  

• Flat Rate $3.99 shipping with tracking is available for orders less than $35     

• All orders will be fulfilled within 2 business days of receiving them 

• All orders receive a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  

• If you have tracking and your package shows delivered, please allow up to 48-72 hours to arrive in your mailbox per USPS. 

• Karma Nail Wraps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to the shipping company (USPS) if your order has been marked as delivered and you have not received it. 

• If your package is missing, you will need to file a claim with USPS if your package has been marked delivered. That can be done here: File A USPS Claim

• Karma Nail Wraps is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the purchaser. If a package has been delivered to the wrong address due to entry by purchaser, you will need to file a claim here: File A USPS Claim
